Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.  Shipping to Canada is coming soon, with additional international destinations planned for later this year.

Fulfillment & delivery timing

Some orders may ship from our overseas fulfillment facility. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking may not update immediately and can take several days to appear once the shipment clears customs. This is normal during international transit.

U.S. fulfillment coming soon

We’re transitioning to U.S.-based fulfillment, with orders shipping from our Anaheim, CA facility beginning in early February. This will allow for faster delivery and easier service for U.S. customers.
