Every BMX product is built for performance and reliability. If something isn’t working as it should, we’ll make it right.
Warranty
All BMX products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of retail purchase when bought through an authorized BMX seller or retail partner. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use. If a covered issue is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement of equal or greater value.
To start a claim, email support@heybmx.com with your proof of purchase and a short description of what’s going on. We’ll take it from there.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts like batteries unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces aren’t eligible for warranty service, and lost or stolen items are not covered.
Returns
If your order isn’t what you expected, we’ll make it right.
We handle returns for products purchased directly through www.heybmx.com.
You have 30 days from delivery to send something back for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Products should be in good condition and include all key accessories. Original packaging isn’t required.
To start a return, go to our Contact Us page or email support@heybmx.com with your order number. Our team will confirm and send simple return instructions.
Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees from the original order aren’t refundable.
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll replace it quickly.
If you purchased a product within 12 hours before a sale began, we’ll issue store credit for the price difference. This price drop protection applies only to purchases made directly on heybmx.com during an active promotion.
Regional Rights
United States: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your state.
European Union & United Kingdom: Consumers have statutory rights for the conformity of goods under local law. This warranty operates in addition to those rights.
Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to a replacement if a product doesn’t meet acceptable quality standards.
Other regions: Local consumer protection laws may grant additional rights.
